IN-STORE PICKUP INFO
BISMARCK Location
We are excited to offer the option to order online and pick up in-store in our Bismarck location! This is a great option if you see something you LOVE while browsing the site but can't make it to the store right away.
- Check the inventory on the product page of the item you are searching for and make sure that the item is available in your local store.

If your items are not available in Bismarck, you will not be able to place an order for store pickup.
- Once you have confirmed the store availability, go ahead and add your items to the cart.
- Choose "Store Pickup" in your location at checkout
- Please allow 2 hours for in-store pickups to be ready. You will be notified via the email on your order when your purchase is ready for pickup.
- Make sure to bring your ID or proof of purchase when picking up your items!
DICKINSON Location
Good news for our Dickinson locals: our in-store and online inventory are now separate, which means what's on our shelves stays available to you — no more missing out because something sold out online.
Because of this change, in-store pickup no longer works directly through our online store. Here's how to place a pickup order instead:
- Email dickinson@outoftownclothing.com with the items you'd like, and we'll get back to you within 3 hours during regular business hours.
- Call the store at 701.483.9203 to place your order over the phone.
Prefer to have your order shipped instead? You can still order directly through our website for delivery straight to your door.
Payment & Pickup
Once we've pulled your items, you'll have 24 hours to pay before they're released back to the sales floor. You can pay by:
- Calling the store at 701.483.9203
- Requesting an emailed invoice
- Paying in person when you pick up (within the 24-hour window)
Just let us know your preferred payment method when you place your order.
Paid items will be held for up to 2 weeks. Items not picked up within that time will be returned to the sales floor.
