CURRENT AVAILABLE POSITIONS  

Shipping and Fulfillment Lead, Full-Time | Bismarck, ND 

With our online store growing rapidly, we’re adding an Shipping and Fulfillment Lead role to make sure our orders are packed, shipped, and delivered efficiently and accurately to our customers. 

This role is all about keeping our e-commerce operation running smoothly — from pulling online orders to making sure packages head out the door on time. You may also be helping unpack new merchandise and keep things running smoothly with new shipments. Being a small business, we are flexible and often helping where we are needed. 

We are looking for a full-time person to own this role, or about 30-40 hours per week. This role can be done at different times of the day, and we are willing to discuss your schedule needs. 

What You Will Do: 

• Pull and pack online orders (accuracy = happy customers)
• Process and ship packages out efficiently and on time
• Keep the backroom/fulfillment area stocked, organized, and clutter-free
• Stay on top of shipping supplies (boxes, tape, tissue, the works)
• Own the process — making sure every order gets out the door each day
• Jump in with the team if something unexpected pops up
• Help unbox new shipment, tag it, and steam it as needed
• Stock the floor with backstock as needed

Must Haves:

• You’re organized and pay attention to the little things
• Dependable and self-motivated — you don’t need someone hovering over you
• Comfortable with computers and open to learning our systems
• Roll-with-it attitude (retail moves fast, and so do we)
• You can focus and get your job done efficiently, even with a lot going on around you

Bonus Points:

• You’ve done shipping or fulfillment before
• You geek out over efficiency (finding faster/better ways to do things)
• You’d rather stay busy than sit around watching the clock
• You’re ready to step up and own this part of the business
• Able to work some weekends/holidays during busy seasons

Part-Time or Full-Time Stylist/Sales Associate | Bismarck or Dickinson, ND

Our Stylists are our front line and the people who help all of our customers put outfits together, or find the perfect gift. This position can be part-time or full-time. You must have some weekend availability and be open to working some holidays, but we can be very flexible with scheduling. 

What You Will Do: 

• Your main focus is to work the sales floor and build lasting relationships with our guests
• Help our guests put together complete outfits for their event, or everyday
• Keep the sales floor tidy, clean and organized
• Make our mannequins look cute, help with window displays, and merchandising the sales floor
• Check out our guests on the computer till

Must Haves:

• An awareness of fashion and trends, willing to try new outfit ideas
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Highly coachable, and open to feedback and growth
• Adaptable and able to work in an ever-changing environment
• Effective multi-tasker, able to juggle multiple things at once
• Thrives on a fast-paced work environment
• Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays

Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate/Stylist | Bismarck or Dickinson, ND 

If you love fashion, love people, and want a short-term gig that’s fun and fast-paced, this one’s for you.

This position is part-time and seasonal (October–January). We’ll work with your schedule and be flexible. You will NOT have to work every weekend or holiday.

What You Will Do:

• Greet and help customers — you’ll be the friendly face they remember
• Style outfits and help pick out the perfect gifts
• Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and looking good
• Jump in on holiday rushes with a smile (and maybe a coffee)
• Run the till and help guests check out quickly
• Pitch in with displays, mannequins, and merchandising

Must Haves:

• Outgoing, people first attitude
• Interest in fashion and trends (you don’t need to know it all!)

• Team player who can handle the holiday hustle

• Reliable and adaptable in a fast-moving environment

Part-Time Impact Specialist | Bismarck, ND

The main task of our Impact/Back Room Specialist is to get new merchandise ready for the sales floor. This includes; unpacking boxes, hanging, steaming, and tagging merchandise. You will also be responsible for keeping the back room organized and clean, helping with online orders, and restocking the sales floor. This position can be anywhere between 10-15 hours per week and our ideal candidate would be on call in the case of a large shipment day. You must be someone who pays attention to detail and loves to do repetitive work. You must also be able to work quickly and efficiently. You will benefit from a flexible schedule, low stress job, and a store discount.

What You Will Do:

• Unpack, hang, steam, and tag all new merchandise
• Breakdown boxes and keep back room tidy
• Restock sales floor
• Organize merchandise for back stock, web, and sales floor
• Pack and ship online orders

Must Haves:

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to read fine print
• Able to lift 15lbs and climb on a short ladder
• Enjoys being behind the scenes

Models | Bismarck, ND

Our Models are an intricate part of our business. They are the face of Out of Town and who people recognize on marketing platforms. We look for people who are outgoing and comfortable in front of the camera. Personality is very important! Our Models help with reels and social media content, as well as modeling new merchandise. We usually shoot on Wednesday mornings, so it's important that your schedule allows for that. 

What You Will Do: 

• Model clothing and accessories for our website and social media
• Participate in creating reels and video content for marketing purposes
• Help come up with ides for new reel content, or styling!

Must Haves:

• Comfortable in front of the camera
• Able to MOVE in font of the camera, because movement makes the best photos!
• Available on Wednesday mornings 9am - 12pm
• Highly coachable, and open to feedback and growth
• Age 24-50
• Size 0-8
• Must be 5'6" or taller 

Bonus Points:

• You’ve done this before - you have previous modeling experience
• You’re personal social media is visually appealing, and well put together
• You have a social media following of your own
• A love for reels and creating content!
