SHIPPING DETAILS

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $150 before tax. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $7.99.

A few things to know before your order ships:

• Orders are typically processed within 2 business days
• Orders ship via USPS or UPS 
  
• Tracking information will be sent to the email address attached to your order once your package ships
• Expedited shipping is not available at this time

We are excited for your order to arrive! Packages are picked up on daily on the weekdays by USPS and UPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped. Please note that carrier delays can occasionally happen, especially during holidays or severe weather.

While we’ll always do our best to help, shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other transit interruptions are outside of our control. All orders ship from North Dakota.

WHAT IS REDO? WHY SHOULD I PURCHASE IT?

REDO is an optional $2.19 add-on available at checkout that includes package protection and free return shipping for eligible returns for store credit.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours, so we can start the claims process through the carrier. 

If REDO is not selected at checkout, return shipping costs will apply for eligible returns.
