Returns

*Beginning May 15th, 2026, eligible returns will be issued as store credit under our updated return policy. Orders placed before May 15th will still be refunded to the original form of payment.

ONLINE RETURNS

Need to make a return? No problem. Eligible items can be returned for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are easy to process through our REDO Returns Portal, click HERE to get started.

A few things to note before sending your return back:

  • Item(s) must be in original condition; unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and mailed back inside another box or protective bag. 
  • Please include only the items approved through your return request. If additional items are included, they will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for unapproved items and they will not be sent back to you. 
  • Returns must be mailed within 4 days of initiating your return in our REDO Returns Portal, or your return label will be automatically canceled and your return will be rejected. 
  • Store credit will be sent to your email and automatically added to your customer account. 

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return (even with REDO purchased):

  • Sale Items
  • Jewelry
  • Sunglasses, Handbags, Hats, Hair Accessories, Scarves, Fragrance
  • Undergarments (including Bralettes, nipple covers, etc.)
  • Seasonal Items/Graphics
  • Gift Cards
  • Items purchased during BOGO events, or Promotional Sale Events

 

EXCHANGES: Because our inventory moves quickly, we are unable to offer exchanges for online orders at this time. If you need a different size or item, simply process a return for store credit and place a new order for the item you'd prefer. We suggest placing your orders asap, as items do sell quickly!

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a return request through our Returns Portal and select "item is damaged". Be sure to include photos and any helpful details so our team can assist you as quickly as possible. 

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM OR ITEM IS MISSING: While we carefully check all orders before shipment, mistakes can occasionally happen. If something doesn't look right with your order, please contact us at info@outoftownclothing.com within 2 days of delivery and we'll be happy to help. 

REDO QUESTIONS: At checkout, you’ll have the option to purchase REDO for $2.19, which includes free return shipping for eligible returns. If REDO is not selected at checkout, the cost of the return label will be deducted when processing your return.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Items purchased online or in-store may be returned or exchanged at your local store within the eligible return window. In-store pickup orders may also be returned in-store.
